Lay laminate flooring and would like to know how much please

Looking for someone to lay this peel and stick flooring for me. Must be someone who is confident in cutting around the toilet, doorframes and staggering the planks to make the floor look as realistic as possible. The existing floor is flat and will be ready to lay over. I only have the planks so the Tasker will need to bring own tools and equipment. Hello I am looking for a professional installer to provide a labour-only quote for a residential flooring project in a second-floor flat located in Leyton (E10). The project consists of two bedrooms with a combined total area of 25.26 sq m (exact dimensions: 4.16m x 3.13m and 4.16m x 2.95m). I have attached a screenshot of the floor plan for your reference. I have settled on installing a floating click-lock cork system (approx. 10.5mm thickness with a built-in cork underlay). I am currently sourcing quotes from independent suppliers, but I would also consider working with any suppliers you partner with if they can offer a competitive price and high-quality natural finish. Could you please provide an estimated breakdown for the following scope of work? - Uplift & Disposal: Removal and disposal of the existing bedroom flooring. - Subfloor Preparation: Any standard preparation required to ensure a flat base for a click-lock installation on a upper-level flat. - Installation: Labour to fit the floating cork planks, including a requirement to apply a flexible joint sealant (e.g., ClickGuard) to the joints directly outside the en-suite bathroom door for moisture protection. - Skirting Boards: We require a clean, seamless finish without using scotia/beading. I have decking frame to build and install. I have prepared the area of the garden fully but need an extra pair of hands to help with the heavy lifting and general assembly of the decking frame. Working with me to dig holes for the posts, and to assemble and lift decking frame into place. It’s 2.4m by 3.6m frame.
