EICR report has a C2 instance where it noted the 'dual rcd board device was faulty and not tripping under the test conditions, test button wasn't functioning '. Require electrician to isolate power, unclip the broken RCD module from the board and install a new RCD in its place. Please quote for labour and materials , thanks

Electrical wires in the loft have been nibbled on by intruding birds or rodents. The plastic insulation has come off, needs to be secured again. One cable was possibly bitten through as door bell no longer works.

I have a few things in my house that need doing so I need a plumber/Electrition. First thing first washing machine is spazzing out because it was blocked, it needs cleaning again and factory reset. Second thing is shower water isn’t getting hot enough because there was a radiator leak in the bathroom. My husband tightened it which stopped the leak. But since then, not much hot water so I think the radiator valve needs changing.

My dishwasher is causing the kitchen circuit breaker to trip. When the dishwasher is turned on, the circuit trips almost immediately. The flexible duct between my extractor fan exhaust and the exhaust pipe has become disconnected and needs reaffixing Not sure if the existing flexible ducting is still good or needs to be outright replaced

Existing island cooker hood has a broken motor. I will source a similar unit which needs to be installed and made good. Electrics and vent pipe are in place already and working.
