There are 4 tasks that need doing in our office: 1) Removing of broken lighting fixture and filling of residual hole / making good & painting. 2) Repair of leaking tap - water leaking out where the thinner part meets the base 3) Repair of loose door handle 4) Repair of fallen blind Hoping for all to be completed in one go.

Garage electrics + door/window repair – Barkingside IG6 Looking for a qualified electrician (and/or general handyman) to get power into a concrete sectional garage in my back garden. Main job – electrics: Run a supply from the house/consumer unit out to the garage. Install a couple of plug sockets (need to run a freezer, so must be suitable for continuous use). The repair should just involve: Replacing the bottom timber rail/panel with new timber panel in black paint. I have a few things in my house that need doing so I need a plumber/Electrition. First thing first washing machine is spazzing out because it was blocked, it needs cleaning again and factory reset. Second thing is shower water isn’t getting hot enough because there was a radiator leak in the bathroom. My husband tightened it which stopped the leak. But since then, not much hot water so I think the radiator valve needs changing.
