Hi, I have a 9kw water heater that is used for the kitchen sink. It is connected to a wall switch. The switch socket is not screwed down because when it is screwed in the water heater doesn’t work. Assume there is a loose connection or that switch needs to be replaced?

Hello, I’m having an issue with my house ,the kitchen sockets and some light bulbs are not working . I would like some help in fixing whatever needs to be done

We have a couple of sockets that we would like replaced. They are old looking and we want them updated to suit the style of the room. Some of the sockets are also only 1 socket, instead of a double socket which we would like installed.

My dishwasher is causing the kitchen circuit breaker to trip. When the dishwasher is turned on, the circuit trips almost immediately. After switching off the dishwasher at the wall, the circuit breaker can be reset and works normally. Headlights and rear lights turn on and off by themselves even when driving and parked. It started after I had a crash front end a few years ago and it’s never been the same since. I had replaced the switch a few month ago and it was fine for a few weeks then started again. I think there’s an underlying issue maybe a loose connection. When driving and the lights go off I hit the switch hard which can fix it.

The flexible duct between my extractor fan exhaust and the exhaust pipe has become disconnected and needs reaffixing Not sure if the existing flexible ducting is still good or needs to be outright replaced
