Hi, I have a few small electrical jobs that need doing at my home in E15, Stratford. Fix 3 small kitchen under-cupboard lights that are dim or not working properly. Investigate and fix a hallway light that isn't working. Disconnect an old doorbell. Fit a new battery-operated Ring doorbell and wedge (no wiring required). Replace 5 single light switch faceplates. Replace 2 double light switch faceplates. Replace 2 two-gang socket faceplates. Optional additional job: If you're also handy with general DIY, I need 2 hammock brackets securely fitted to an external brick garden wall. I'll supply all replacement faceplates, the Ring doorbell, wedge, brackets and fixings. I'm looking for someone experienced and suitably qualified to carry out the electrical work safely. I'd prefer a fixed price for the complete job rather than an hourly rate, so please provide your best all-inclusive quote for the work listed, including labour and any call-out charges. 1: we need an outdoor power outlet (2 plugs) which can be switched off from inside of the houses because. 2: the bathroom light switch has a loose connection/light flickers when turned on and this needs fixing 3: we would need help to hang a very heavy mirror/picture (1.30 m x 1m) on a wall.

I've removed a non-load-bearing metal stud partition. I need the existing double socket relocated onto the adjacent permanent wall behind plaster board and the redundant 230V electric-heating controller/cabling safely disconnected. We had some electrics installed but it’s overloading the breaker. Need to install a new consumer unit near the old one, to power the 4 flats above (separate it from the current fuse box) The previous electrician basically ran everything for 4 flats from just one of these breakers running off that one socket.
