I’m looking for someone to remove a radiator under the left-hand window (see attached photo) and install a wall-mounted monoblock/all-in-one air conditioning unit in its place. Scope of work: * Drain and disconnect the existing radiator. * Remove the radiator and cap off or reroute the central heating pipes, leaving a neat finish. * Install the monoblock air conditioning unit on the same wall. * Core drill the two required ventilation holes through the external wall and fit the external grilles. * Connect the condensate drain (if required by the unit). * Complete any necessary electrical connection (or advise if a separate electrician is required). * Test the unit and ensure it is operating correctly. * Clean up and dispose of the radiator if possible.

I need to install 3 ⁠hard wired interlinked alarms. 1 x heat alarm in the kitchen and 2x smoke alarms (1 on ground floor and 1 on first floor). I have a budget of £200 including labour and material.

I had a sockt moved ready for a bedroom instalation, with the wires left ready to feed into a wall mounted pattress. The bedroom will be installed on Wednesday, and I am looking for an electrician to come and put the pattress and socket onto the wires which have been left ready for installation. I have the pattress and socket ready for the work.

Both of our portable AC is down, it will turn on but doesn’t release cold air in front and then it will suddenly stops altogether. I have (no kidding) 3 ac units none of which are working. One flooded one whole side of my room, in spite of not giving warning that it was full (the tank has an indicator) and water came out of places it wasn't supposed to. So I got a caravan split unit which worked beautifully for 6 days and now blows hot air. The sales team said the tank must be full but we have left the hose open and connected to drip outside and it was doing so until it stopped working. The salesman said to empty the tank but it was empty. It has two valves and I checked both and even blew into the tank to make sure it wasn't blocked. Im not home now so i dont have an image. But Im on my way home shortly and can provide.

Heya, I would like someone to install my new electrical cooker I have received today. I do not have any new parts or tools for it as it is a new built properly.

Minor electrical work: 1. move a light to centre of the room (4 spotlights already capped) 2. Cap off two spotlights and move to centre of a room 3. Cap off one unnecessary wall switch ready for covering 4. I have a few things in my house that need doing so I need a plumber/Electrition. First thing first washing machine is spazzing out because it was blocked, it needs cleaning again and factory reset. Second thing is shower water isn’t getting hot enough because there was a radiator leak in the bathroom. My husband tightened it which stopped the leak. But since then, not much hot water so I think the radiator valve needs changing.

The flexible duct between my extractor fan exhaust and the exhaust pipe has become disconnected and needs reaffixing Not sure if the existing flexible ducting is still good or needs to be outright replaced
