Need help from Qualified electricians to replace 5 ceiling lights and 5 double sockets sockets seen pictures

I need a water heater installed. There was one in previously but it was leaking so needs to be replaced with a new one. I also need some plug sockets changed and a plug on a hoover changed. Thank you

Our electric boiler (Fischer future heat) and underfloor heating are lukewarm warm and our nest doesn’t appear to be calling for heat or the boiler isn’t reacting. The rads get lukewarm warm, I’ve bled the radiators and that doesn’t make a difference. We have pressure in the system and we have hot water at the tap so confusing as to what the issue is but need someone to come and diagnose and repair.

Good, clear access from the loft directly above, with insulation already pulled back. Wall lights: Install 4 wall lights on solid walls (needs chasing into brickwork). 2 of these need connecting to a dimmer switch by the door. Backboxes installed ready for plastering/making good. TV mounting: Mount a TV on a stud wall and chase the wiring behind the wall to a socket about 1.5m to the left. Bathroom spotlights: Put back/reinstate 5 existing spotlights in the bathroom ceiling (currently in the loft, easy access). Please provide a quote for labor and basic materials, along with your earliest availability. Please also mention whether you will include making good.
