a tall lamp got broken when moving house. the wires to the light bulb holder have been broken.

In the storage room of my apartment, I currently dont have any sockets, and I only have a switch that operates a B22 bulb. I need to create an electrical socket so that I can use it to setup a vacuum charging dock. This would potentially need bringing a socket wire from the next room and then running the wire behind the plasterboard.

Electric cooker de-installation and new cooker installation needed ASAP!

1. Plug socket for the wall mounted electric heater is overheating and the socket is cracked. Installation needs checking and potentially replacing. 2. Second socket is for the heated towel rail in the bathroom. It’s not working at all at the moment but I would also like it replaced with a timer socket.

I have a lamp that I need re-wiring

The lampshade fitting is broke and no longer sits on the floor lamp. The lampshade is 14inch (top diameter), 18inch (bottom diameter) and 13inch (height) and previously sat 12inches above from bulb. Please let me know if you need any more details but I presume new fittings will need to be installed.

Electric cooker collection

I am going to install a replacement new electric shower and would like a qualified electrician to earth the unit. The old unit was not earthed. The quote is an estimate

To fit two hall lights in hall. One just needs replacing and the other one needs to be fixed to the ceiling with a new electric supply

On 5th Jan. 2026 I paid someone qualified to remove my old gas oven. Behind it we found a loose electrical wire, want to cap this off with a junction box. There is a plug socket under oven cabinet, but the hole for the plug needs widening (small hole only fits wire presently). Also, we have a tiny garden porch with electrical wire and mains power point in it, but we wish to demolish the porch. Need an electrician to also cut the wire and fit a junction box to cap off and make the eletrical wire for this safe as well.

Light fitting in bathroom not working unsure if its a connection roblem

Need electrician to fix bulb wiring then fit new bulbs to make the lights work . Tried a new bulb, still not working. (new bulbs will be provided.)
