Existing wooden decking boards need replacing. The decking is two connecting circles. The larger circle is 12m2 and the small one is 1.6m2. The existing wooden deck boards can be used as templates for making the cuts on the new composite boards. I have the new composite boards and fittings.

Remove the old stainless steel electric hob and fix a new electric ceramic hob

Hard wood flooring fixes (4 max). Main job is a split level floor like you can see in the picture where a board needed to be cut around the door and then made thiner at the end to be level. I've tried to show this in my images as clear as I can. Needing a bit of a creative carpenter here to fix this as we'd like the floor to all be level and split under the door. ATM with the door closed you can still see the concrete floor from the corridor side. We're rushing to get this job done as we have a sanding company coming on Monday to do the whole house. We do have a few other jobs that are out of our skills that can be talked about further in the house. Someone local and open to more work would be great. Cost isn't including materials but for this job I don't see you needing any more than 2x 6ft 2x4 at most. Also, I am willing to negotiate on the price.

Hello, We are a barge on Limehouse Marina, we are mid renovation project, but I have some tasks to do to to help us prep for the final paint. We have some edges that needs finishing along the walls, some ceiling panels to be fixed and gaps to be filled between the top of the walls and the ceiling. I also have a small wall that needs building along the back wall (note pic with the small door). I have (or can get) the materials too. Due to the nature of the tasks being varied, I would prefer a day rate and am expecting it will be 2-3 days work. I need to have this done this week, and can start from tomorrow.
