I have half a strip of wallpaper on which needs to be scraped off and I have the emulsion for the wall as it keeps bubbling I will do the lime wash these myself after no prob :)

Hello, I am looking for a painter/plasterer to repair and make good of this ceiling following a water leak that was fixed a couple of months ago. I think we need to plaster, sand down and prime+paint so that the final result looks polished. The damage is on about 2 sq meters including some yellow/brown spots hardly visible on the pictures. I have 3 bedrooms, reception and hallway that needs painting on walls and ceiling. Some walls may need a bit of sanding as they have had been treated for cracks. Staircase rails need painting done with gloss. I have all paint purchased. Some rooms don't need all sides painted as they have statement wallpapers on one side. Staircase side needs to be filled with silicone or caulk.

I need this one wall painted white. I also need the top gutter fascia only painted black. You need to fill any cracks/holes before painting. You also need to prepare the area to make sure it is neat and tidy and paint does not go on the tiles/windows. I have the paint, sandpaper, filler and some dust sheets. You will need to bring the rest.

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm.
