All windows will need sanding and weather proof exterior paint ad repairs where needed. All exterior masonry and sill will need sanding, filling and repairs before being painted with exterior paint. There is no need for scaffolding as access is typically provided via the window of the first floor flat. Roof is not steep and has been done a couple of times previously. Includes the windows sills and surrounding masonry that will need sanding and filling.

We need to paint our balcony railing. It was sanded during the winter, but it now seems to need a light sanding again to remove the new oxidation that has formed on the surface.

This is a SPECIALIST job. We want someone who has and can use either Doff or Thermatec machine to steam off multiple layers of paint (including lead paint) from an 1860s building, built of soft, red brick. We can’t use jetwash or sandblasting kit - it must be one of what I’ve said and likely with chemicals beforehand. And it doesn’t need to go back to immaculate bare brick - just as close as we can to make the wall breathable, Size is 13m x 6m (two storeys) tall with 6 openings (door and windows). If you have scaffolding or a tower then great, if not we can rent for you. Must have a portfolio of similar work or references.
