There’s a dark patch on top of our house outside if we can paint it and it’s on the side of the house

An exterior wall needs to be painted. It is on two stories, a scaffolding is needed.

Metal exterior stairs to be freshened up and brought back to spec. Needs to be done properly so requires rust removal, prep, primer, and durable exterior coating of paint.

Unsure how long this will take so open to offers - also happy to order materials :) I need an outside wall (concrete) resurfaced/cracks filled so it is ready for a seal then paint. Please see photos for reference.
