Vertical mullion of exterior balcony bifold doors is rotting at the bottom - needs to be replaced (just at the bottom). Mullion style must match that at head and other side of door frame (see pic). Jamb seems mostly fine but may need some slight building up with wood filler or the like. At end the vertical must be painted in paint to match existing (white exterior, appears to be semi-gloss). Open to suggestions on additional measures to prevent/delay rot in the future.
