Walls are in good condition but will need a light sanding first. We will will need the skirting and doorframes sanded as well. Artwork, radiators and furniture have been removed/moved, so that doesn't need to be done. Most walls will need to be painted in a light beige colour, and a couple of feature walls in a darker green colour potentially. Skirting and door frames TBC. Not sure if we want them painted, but we need them sanded and primed.
