I need a 5ft dining table stripped of old paint, primed and repainted. Plus a carver chair that needs the same doing to it.

Finish painting. Small hall, very small landing, stairs and kitchen dining room ceiling. Some prepping of bannisters is also required. Mild sanding.

I need to refurb my dining table to a good sellable standard. There are some burn marks and stains in there. It seems like a white oil treatment and it came with the rustic look (some holes where knots are) - but I'm happy to refurb to a different style if that's easier to do. Let me know what you think!
