Find a local house renovation expert in London

We are renovating our 3-bedroom house in SW London and are looking for an experienced builder/team who can ideally take on most or all of the renovation works as one package. Materials and fittings will be supplied by us unless otherwise agreed. We would prefer to agree a fixed labour price for the complete scope rather than individual prices for each job. Scope of works Bathrooms * Full upstairs bathroom renovation – shower tray/screen, toilet, basin/vanity, taps, radiator/towel rail, wall cladding and finishing * Downstairs WC/powder room – replace toilet, basin and radiator Flooring & carpentry * Install LVT and lino/vinyl flooring * Install/replace skirting boards * Replace 5 internal doors * Close/finish stair risers * Install wooden handrail * Create/finish under-stair storage Radiators * Replace 5 radiators (same-size replacements) Laundry * Plasterboard/close wall * Create/finish storage area Building works * Potentially open/knock down wall between kitchen and dining room, subject to feasibility * Potential new patio window/door, subject to feasibility * Demolition and making good where required Third bedroom * Reduce/remove existing triangular structure if feasible * Close/finish adjacent cupboard/storage * Make good afterwards Ceilings & decorating * Ceilings throughout the house, including preparation/patching/finishing where required * Internal painting * Some exterior painting Other * Repair exterior rotten timber * Install light fittings * Furniture assembly / some moving help * General making good and finishing Budget is approximately £6,000 for labour. We understand the final price will depend on what you are able to undertake, so please let us know which parts of the scope you can complete and your fixed labour price for the package. Ideally, we would like to find one reliable team to take on as much of the renovation as possible.

General labour e.g. removing wallpaper and tiles, moving rubbish to skip,maybe digging an area at the back garden, etc

I'm planning to do full renovation (stripping off everything, restructuring and rebuild internally) for a house that I'm in the process of completing by the end of this year and plan to kickstart renovation work in January 2026. I'm assembling a team of builders. I have got two generalist builders already. Now ideally looking for a part-time qualified electrician, and part-time qualified gas engineer (for potential moving of the boiler).
