I had a small garden shed erected towards the front of my back garden around 5 years ago. Unfortunately, the handyman didn't install an adequated base/foundarion. Subsequently, one side of the shed has dropped slightly, making it difficult to closed the door. Now I'm aiming to overhaul the garden I would like to re-locate the shed to a raised paved area, right at the back, and hope to find a carpenter/handiman or gardener to partly dismantle and reassemble the shed as well as carry out any necessary, small repairs. - Due date: Flexible

I am looking to refurbish my patio garden carrying out the following: -Remove existing grey tiles+ skirting, install new large (750mm*750mm) tiles in areas shown. Entire area approx 14sqm. -Build white rendered wall in position shown . Preferable if you could source breeze blocks etc for this however I’m happy to order if need be. -Install a wooden bench in position shown (either cedar wood or pine wood with a cedar wood stain). Two sections of the bench labelled “A” and “B” need to be detachable so that access can be gained to storage space and a manhole respectively. I am looking for someone who can lay a patio, I already have about 64 patio slabs (may need to buy some extra but happy to do this if there is not enough to cover the area). The job will be to cover an area of about 4m x 4m but this is a rough estimate. I suspect additional material like stone and base materials will also need to be purchased to do the job properly and I happy to pay for these as extra. The price set out is just how much I am willing to pay for labour.

We have a small area out the back of our ground floor flat that we would like to revamp. The space is roughly rectangular, and has a width of 2.8m and a length of 14m. It is currently bare and split roughly 50/50 between patio and turf. We back onto an embankment and have had a problem with pests nesting in the garden (or so I believe) so we would like to patio the entire garden, that would mean patio-ing the other half which is roughly 1.75m x 5.5m. As well as having the patio done we would also like to install mesh below the fencing to try and prevent any pests getting into the garden. We would like to have some shelving installed on the fencing for a herb garden, and maybe a box bedding at one end where we could plant vegetables. I have put a budget on this that is around the quote we were given when someone came round to take a look, but would be open to other quotes or people coming to see the job first.
