Find a professional patio contractor in Central London

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced handyperson, decorator or carpenter to restore the timber threshold at my ground floor patio doors in Clapham. The exterior finish has worn away, with dark staining and surface wear along the outside edge. The timber feels very firm when pressed, but a little moss has started growing in a crack. Photos attached. I’d like someone to assess the timber, remove the moss, prepare and sand the surface, carry out any necessary local repairs, and apply a durable finish suitable for an exposed exterior threshold. Ideally, I’d like to retain the existing reddish brown wood appearance. I’d like the work completed by mid October, with flexibility for suitable dry weather. Please include: • Your experience with similar exterior timber repairs. • Your proposed approach and finish. • A quote covering labour, materials and any return visits. • Your earliest availability. Thank you!
