For the front door of my flat, i need a fixed draft excluder. Not sure how long it takes. Can negotiate price. Need it as soon as possible!

I have a bedroom door lock which needs replacing-so you must have an impact. The wood in the door may need to be cut back a bit, so please make sure you have a cutting drill head whether flat wood or spade bit too to make this work. The situation is currently that the latch bolt and deadbolt are not catching onto the strike plate bolt in the door properly, and so the door doesn’t stay closed properly. * Second job is replacing the timer on an Worcester MT10 boiler (the boiler and part are shown in the picture.) * And the final job is to sort out the draft on 3 windows. One of the windows is letting in a slight draft, I intend to arrange a window stripping seal or something similar, but I think you should be knowledgeable about this stuff and any better suggestion you may have I am willing to listen. I work in construction myself so I have an idea of how much to charge for a job that (I’m assuming) shouldn’t take more than an hour, but the price is negotiable I guess as I want to have someone ideally do everything tonight around 6/7pm. I am also happy to add a bonus so that what you will receive does not leave you out of pocket with Airtasker’s fees. Please please no cowboys! Looking for a reliable handyperson to assist with the following: 1. insulating drafty windows, especially in the lounge but also 3 bedrooms through any/all of the following methods: - adding / replacing window seals - applying window film (you would need to clean the windows prior to application) - filling any holes / gaps around the window frames with expanding foam or other appropriate solution 2. fixing doors / windows which won't close / open properly - my tenants reported the following: Windows and doors: 1. Big windows in living room are drafty/ one does not close properly 2. Back doors to garden don't shut properly. The lock works but it seems that the doors don't fit the frames anymore so can't be fully closed (this is our priority as it's a security issue as well) 3. Bedroom window at the back of the house is drafty (it would be great to still be able to open this instead of sealing shut as it gets very hot in this room in summer.) 4. Door knob on bedroom at the back of the house often comes off the latch, meaning the room is locked and needs to be opened with a card. 2 bed flat in Golders Green with double glazing. The windows are not aligned properly and there is a draft through them. I would like them to be examined to align and close the gaps if possible. If not, to draft proof them. They will need different thicknesses of draft proofing around the windows.
