Change mixer taps on the bath and add a shower curtail rail into tiles

I have bought a new mixer tap for the kitchen. It is a 'Grohe QuickFix Start Edge Single Lever Kitchen Sink Mixer' (Part number: Part No:31866000 - you can find it on Victorian Plumbing or I can send you a link to the product). I would like the existing mixer tap taken off the sink and the new one fitted please.

I have started it but cannot disconnect the existing flexi hoses from the mains with the two spanners I have. Likely take you 5 mins with right tools and strength!

Our bathroom mixer tab is broken and we believe it is the source of a leak down to ground floor. Bathroom tap is dripping - might need new washer or cartridge. Also shower door is leaking so needs a new seal, and if possible out some sealant around skirting underneath once fixed to avoid any more damage. Picture shows the tap that is dripping (right tap)

1) bathroom basin tap has limescale build up (causing splashback). Help remove this and/or supply and replace the tap (roughly the same tap) 2) toilet keeps dripping water after flush - likely needs a new flush valve or filling valve. Supply/install this.

1 -To remove a glass partition between the bath tub and the washbasin, and keep in garden shed; remove loose and broken tiles, clean as needed and re tile securely. Make good. There are spare tiles of the same size left in garden shed. See photos. 2 - Fix dripping leak between toilet bowl pipe and evacuation pipe. New pipe supplied if required. I am uncertain whether or not the job can be done without moving the toilet out of the way. See photos. Ideally carrying out the work some time next week, starting Monday 27th.

Fix toilet draining water constantly

I have a wall-hung toilet with a concealed cistern behind a tiled wall. There is a water leak from behind the wall. I believe the leak is coming from the concealed cistern and/or the connection between the toilet pan and the concealed cistern, but the exact source needs to be investigated. The leak does not appear to be accessible without opening the tiled boxing. I am looking for a quote to: - Investigate and identify the source of the leak. - Repair or replace the faulty concealed cistern or associated pipework/fittings as required. - Remove and reinstate the tiled boxing if necessary to gain access.

Fix toilet coming away from wall My toilet pan has come loose and is pulling away slightly from the wall. It likely needs re-securing to the floor and resealing. Looking for someone experienced who can ensure it’s stable and properly fitted. Please bring tools and any small fixings if needed.
