Updated task: there is a smell coming from under the sink and up through the sink drains. I've cleaned one waste basket and am cleaning the other to eliminate these as the source of the problem. I originally wanted to replace the whole waste kit but I'm not sure that's the source of the problem. So the task will be to find the source of the smell and eliminate it. (Original task: I want to replace the entire pipe waste kit under the sink including the white plastic bowls that connect up into the sink and all the washers. Part of the task is to find the right parts. Parts included in the price. I replaced one of the washers as there was a slight leak that wasn't even detectable running the tap. Seems fine now. But I feel like it's always smelt slightly under the sink. The flat is nearly 10 years old and I moved in 2 years ago, so wonder if the waste bowls need to be replaced. I could probably do it myself, but not sure which set to get and don't have the headspace to figure it out.)

There's a small leak coming from the toilet fill valve connection, where the flexible supply hose meets the base of the cistern (see photos). I've already tried tightening the fittings at both ends of the hose and that hasn't stopped the leak, so it's likely the fill valve itself needs replacing, or there's a worn washer/hose that needs swapping out. What I need: Confirm the exact source of the leak Replace the fill valve and/or supply hose as needed Test to confirm no more leaking after repair The toilet is a bit older, so there's a chance the tank may need to come off for full access — happy to discuss on site if so.
