Looking for a handyman or plumber to repair my kitchen mixer tap. The tap is leaking, and the handle is stuck (internal metal part and screw involved). Task may involve removing the handle and making a basic repair or adjustment. Budget: £50 for labour, plus up to £20 for parts if needed. Requirements: • Experience with kitchen taps and plumbing • Bring your own tools The leaks below the handle I’m pretty sure and I think the handle has to be replaced plus inner part due to there being no screw behind the screw handle to remove it.

Plumber needed. We’re preparing the walls to reinstall two new radiators. Pipes are already in place same distance but need new valves to match white colour of radiators. My toilet is leaking clean flush water from the connection between the toilet outlet and the waste pipe. I think the pan connector / waste pipe gasket seal has failed and needs replacing.
