I need my kitchen painted including skirting and door

We recently completed some renovations at home (repainted the flat) but the last bit left is sanding lightly the skirting boards and door frames and then painting them (one coat is enough). The flat is not big and the areas are in the two small bedrooms, living room and corridor.

Please paint our living room/kitchen. The room is 5m X 3.78m with high ceilings (around 2.5m, although ceilings won’t need painting). Floor plan attached. We will supply paint, rollers, dust sheets and one ladder (we only have one).

Hello, we are looking for a painter/decorator for our hallway. Please could you quote for the following job. The tasks involved are: 1. Reinforce an internal wall so as to then; 2. Hang a large, heavy mirror above the drop over the stairs. 3. Rehang various pictures in hall so they are better arranged and spaced than currently. 4. Prep all hallway walls and ceilings: clear, fill in cracks and unneeded holes, sand-down, clean. 5. Paint both downstairs and upstairs hall ceilings in white (two coats). 6. Paint all walls for downstairs and upstairs halls and stairway in green (two coats), ensuring a clean, crisp line with the ceiling join. 7. Rehang all pictures. We will provide the paint but you will need to provide all of your own tools and equipment to do this job safely and to a high standard (we have only a small step ladder). We will reimburse you for the cleaning products, filler, paint rollers, picture hanging ironmongery, etc. We anticipate this job will take several days. We are based in SE19 (South Norwood/Crystal Palace). FYI we have a cat; he will stay out of your way (he’s scared of strangers) but just noting here in case of allergies. Concrete exterior windowsill needs rebuilding - Due date: Flexible

Painting the exterior side of a house in a lighter grey. The walls are lumpy and not smooth so rollers not the best for application. Need some tall ladders. Scraping loose paint off window cills and painting cills & surround in white . (5 window cils & one window surround) Sand and paint (wood stain) wood cladding at side and front.
