You will need to bring a nail cutter or grinder, as nails are rusty, and it is not a front-fix seat, but I have a new front-fix seat to put on, which is really easy; it's just the stubborn bolts. Toilet is clean and will be if attended to.

I have an existing toilet seat that needs removing. I have bought the Croydex Constance Flexi-Fit toilet seat that needs to go onto the toilet bowl. Please note that there is NO access to the toilet from below. There are NO screws underneath. This is a top-fix toilet seat with adhesive pads. Please have experience of this particular toilet seat - I would be grateful if you could confirm your experience with this specific make of toilet seat in any message.
