You will need to bring a nail cutter or grinder, as nails are rusty, and it is not a front-fix seat, but I have a new front-fix seat to put on, which is really easy; it's just the stubborn bolts. Toilet is clean and will be if attended to.
Pleased with the work James has done replacing toilet seat as it was as task seeing bolts were rusty. Job done within the hour very pleased would recommend.

I have an existing toilet seat that needs removing. I have bought the Croydex Constance Flexi-Fit toilet seat that needs to go onto the toilet bowl. Please note that there is NO access to the toilet from below. There are NO screws underneath. This is a top-fix toilet seat with adhesive pads.
