My boiler is on the outside of my house in a wooden enclosure, the latch was left off and the wind blew the door off the hinges. I need it to be fixed back on.

Need blind in son's room put up. Needs brackets drilled and attached to recess, but width of the recess is small, uneven and a bit of a mess, so this needs to be sorted first. Also need hinges on various kitchen cupboards fixed, and potential other couple of small jobs

4 Stairgates to be installed

I have arranged for curtains to be fitted in my bedroom, but the installer noticed that the wall was not strong enough where the poles are to be fitted (they are partially hollow, although the house itself is Victorian and there has reasonably strong walls). They suggested wooden battens be glued and screwed into the wall to provide sufficient strength for the curtain poles. The screws will likely need to be fairly deep to bed into the bricks behind the hollow part of the wall

A few wall mounting jobs on a section of plasterboard wall, approx 230cm high x 110cm wide: 1. fix wooden slat wall panelling (in x2 pieces, each is 240cm (H) x 60cm (W)). Will need cutting down to fit space. 2. Wall mount 40" TV. I have wall fixings and brackets. All holes marked ready for drilling. Hide cable behind panelling. Property in N22, Nightingale Rd. Free parking outside. Job to be done this week. Lots of other carpentry/handyman tasks available.
