Due to a last minute cancellation by a tasker I am posting this again. We have tenants moving into to our recently refurbed flat and we need the following items carried out before they move in on 28th August:- Roller blinds need to be fitted in 3 rooms One door needs to be painted, attached back and a lock fitted Install a bathroom cabinet onto a tiled wall Sealant needs to be applied to bedroom window

3 x sheets of plaster board cut and drilled into Wooden beams 1 x single door canopy hung above a door (drilled into exterior wall) wooden door in photo 1 x dorma door plate opened up and door adjusted so top lock works well without holding door 1 x grey fire door lock tightened up as pictured

Kitchen worktop upstand has come away from the painted wall by around 1–2mm. Looking for someone to remove the old silicone, securely re-bond and brace the upstand flat against the wall, then apply a neat new bead of white sanitary silicone. Existing upstand appears undamaged and reusable. Parking is tricky as I am in a car free building and do not have access to permits.

Toilet seat is bottom-type fixing bracket, being disabled I found it way too fiddly to guide the screws into the seat brackets - it really is just a case of two screws :)

Looking for a plasterer or decorator for two small patch repairs in a kitchen. 1. Wall behind new sink area — electrician relocated 3 sockets, leaving the patch uneven/lumpy. Needs filling, sanding smooth, and made ready for paint (I’ll paint myself, or can quote to include this). 2. Second wall— old tiles have been removed, wall has patchy plaster/adhesive residue underneath. Needs skimming flat/smooth ready for new tiling (tiling to follow separately, not part of this job). Both walls are in the same kitchen, easy access, no other trades needed on site at the same time. Photos attached.

Various jobs needed: - Cut approx 2 cm from kitchen unit skirting (new floor has been raised). - Convert bedroom door to a sliding door on a rail. - Finish assembling sliding doors to ikea wardrobe (wardrobe already assembled) and screw wardrobe to wall. - Mount 3 ikea units (already assembled) to wall.

Need to fix kitchen drawer as it has come off the hinges and come apart. We have the original fixings but you may need some of your own screws plus filler to get the job done. I’ll give everything I have but you will need to figure out the best way to fix it

You will need to bring a nail cutter or grinder, as nails are rusty, and it is not a front-fix seat, but I have a new front-fix seat to put on, which is really easy; it's just the stubborn bolts. Toilet is clean and will be if attended to.
