Easy job but it needs a GOOD drill to drill through hard concrete that I don't have. Work needs some care to ensure the brackets are parallel and straight

I have turned my central heating on for the first time since last winter but it's not working. I suspect it the pump is seized due to inactivity (this has been a problem for other people in my block of flats) but I'm not sure how to fix it. My heating works using an HIU.

Can you fix toilet light baton holder

I have a "Garage Defender", the external garage door security lock, which I would like installed in front of my garage door. I'm keen for the installation to be secure, done by an experienced person. I'm installing horizontal blinds (about 1.2m x 1.9m) in the window reveal of our two skylights. See the images attached. The blinds are already assembled, and I have already marked out on the reveal where I need to insert 6x rule plugs/screws to support the side rails of each blind. I'm looking for help actually doing the 'final install' as clearly the size of the blinds makes this a two-man job! I have a 5-rung step ladder which is good enough for one person doing the 'supporting' but I'm looking for handyman with a 6-rung ladder or platform that can get us a bit higher to drill into the wall horizontally / screw in the blinds and complete the installation. I have a very basic drill but a more powerfull one would be better. With the right kit I imagine the job should not take more than 1 hour.
