We need two external walls rendering please. You can see from the pictures there's some existing rendering (painted white) which we need 'doubling up', so to speak so the render reaches about 100cm high. Reason - we have penetrative damp due to poor brickwork when it rains. Drains and roof already checked. It's low level penetrative and not coming from up high. It's in the bedroom corner where the chairs are stacked and bottom of bathroom boiler cupboard where the blue pallet is in the pictures. I've done some patching myself that has significantly improved matters but it's not enough. Our neighbouring flat has theirs done a few years back and they confirmed it fixed their penetrative damp issues immediately. Approx measurements in cm: -420 - window wall -500 - side gully wall -47 - height of current render (painted white in the pictures) -53 - remaining wall that is needs rendering -Would the existing render need to be removed and start again? We hope not. -Would the cost to do the work include materials? -What materials/quality materials would you need?
