Hi, I’m looking for a qualified plumber or someone experienced with tap repairs to fix a loose kitchen sink tap at my rental property. The tenant has reported that the tap has come loose from its fitting and is now only loosely attached. They suspect the pin or fixing mechanism holding it in place may have come off and fallen down the sink. I’ve attached photos showing the detached fitting and the tap for reference. Job requirements: • Inspect the tap and identify the cause of the loose fitting. • Repair and securely refit the existing tap if possible. • Replace any missing or damaged pins, screws or internal fittings as needed. • If the tap cannot be repaired, advise on replacing it and provide a quote before proceeding.
