The kitchen sink is already perfectly fitted and sitting inside the countertop cutout. I just need a handyman to crawl underneath to tighten the mounting clips it came with so it is supported, and connect the plastic waste pipe/P-trap underneath. It is a straightforward job which should not take longer than an hour. All parts should be there.

I have a new tumble dryer. To put it in the utility room, the door needs to be taken off the hinges. I then need the old tumble dryer lifting out, the new one lifting in, and the door put back on its hinges. This would take two people given the weight of the tumble dryers. Hi, I want to install an electric towel rail. Their is no socket on the opposite wall, so you would need to take power from the corner socket and pull it through, and then drill a hole through the wall to feed the towel rail wire through. The bathroom walls are made of tile, so it would mean having the right bits to do that and to hang the towel rail when finished. There will be some holes made in the bedroom walls from the work, so also if you are able to cover them or recommend someone who can.
