Lay flooring in my room and house

I have just had my downstairs toilet / utility room renovated and would like someone to lay vinyl including cutting around toilet and basin

I have decking frame to build and install. I have prepared the area of the garden fully but need an extra pair of hands to help with the heavy lifting and general assembly of the decking frame. Working with me to dig holes for the posts, and to assemble and lift decking frame into place. It’s 2.4m by 3.6m frame. Just need someone with experience to lay this laminate flooring with the underlay I already have. So just paying for labour costs.
