Job 2 of 2. See other job about fixing bathroom light. This is to replace downlight covers in the ceiling. The existing LED lightbulbs are fine its just the cover/trim that we want replaced. Covers are provided. High ceilings but we can provide a normal step ladder. You should be able to reach the lights with your hands from the ladder if you’re average height.

Looking for someone to uninstall a gas cooker and install an electric cooker

Hi there, The window in the bedroom won’t close. I think the lock is broken. The oven has broken down. There is no heat, just the fan working. And the cooker hobs go on and off so none of them stay on to be able to cook. Also, when I try to use the microwave, the fuse always goes down in the fuse box and then all of the plug sockets in the living room stop working including the microwave. There is also a light in the living area which is constantly flickering. Thanks, Ruth

2 old hard wired smoke alarms need replacing with Nest Protect alarms. one is in the stairwell so an extendable or telescopic ladder is needed.

One smoke alarm in my flat made the fire alarm noise. I tried changing the old battery with new ones but the fire alarm noise wouldn’t stop. I had to temporarily disassemble the smoke alarm. Need the smoke alarm repaired. Or have it replaced if it’s not fixable.
