I have purchased a brand new electric boiler exactly the same and need qualified engineer to remove old one and install new one to benefit of the warranty that comes with it. It's a SlimJim by Electrical Heating Company Additionally, the whole system includes a water tank that needs servicing as part of new boiler installation.

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.

I'm looking for an experienced electrician to install an outdoor double electrical socket. In addition, I also need a cable run for some outdoor planter lights at a later date. For the socket, power will need to be taken from indoors drilled through the wall which is about 1m away. I have marked the socket location with a red arrow where it should be placed on the wall outside. This job would require someone to attend first to give an accurate quote for the job.
