Need a qualified electrician to replace an old broken bathroom ceiling light fitting. The current fitting is an old recessed compact fluorescent downlight. The cover/diffuser is broken and missing, leaving the bulb/ballast/wiring area exposed. Replace 4x double switches for double dimmers

There is a specific switch on the circuit that is tripping the electricity. Need someone to come have a look and identify the issue, advise and fix.
