Electric switch not working on recliner chair

My recliner just stopped working. I think it might be the switch on the side of the chair.

After getting through some water this morning, just getting to work, I parked my car and the central locking lock the car, after that I manage to unlock it, I noticed the window doesn't close, after that I manage to close the window, lock the car and about 15min later someone told me that my horn is on. I went to the car, horn was on and the I put the key in, the screen water start going as well... I left after about 10min and after 1h again it started the horn. Whenever I turn on the engie the horn starts as well and I noticed that the indicator doesn't work either. - Due date: Flexible

We have 3 electric bikes which need to be repaired, one (men's bike) should be an easy fix and I would like that one repaired first please, then, I think that one bike could be salvaged from the 2 other bikes (one men's, one ladies, both the same brand), with the rest sold for parts. You can choose to be paid in cash or to take one of the bikes as payment. The payment is negotiable as I know that it could take several hours to fix these the other two. If it helps, you can repair them here or at your home/workshop. I'm really looking forward to finding someone who can help - perhaps someone who is a student or who is retired and who has time to work on a project fixing these older bikes as I was told that it could cost a lot of money to identify and fix the faults, despite 2 of the bikes being very well maintained for many years, and they're just not worth that much. It would be a shame to throw them away or break them up for parts without trying to fix them as they are very fast bikes when they worked. - Due date: Flexible
