Secure/shorten a loose wire hanging from the bathroom mirror cabinet (not dangerous, but keeps dropping down) Access: Ceilings are highe than normal— a small ladder is needed. One should be in the cupboard outside the flat, but worth bringing your own for the first visit just in case.

5m Weinor opal Design 2 , house awning with valance and wind sensor. remote control operation . 6 years old . Now Not extending or retracting properly . It extends about 3foot and then retracts by itself . Possibly just needs reprogramming the setup or sensors??
