Description: Hi, I’m looking for someone to install a bathroom cabinet in my bathroom. The cabinet is the ÖVE Sophie Bathroom Cabinet (37.7 x 11.5 x 65 cm). It is a wall-mounted mirrored cabinet with adjustable shelves and can be surface mounted (not recessed). I need it securely fixed to my bathroom wall above the sink area. Please ensure it is level and safely installed for bathroom use. You will need to bring your own tools (drill, )The cabinet is brand new and boxed.

It’s a one-bedroom flat with wooden laminate flooring. Currently, there are some damaged planks near the entrance that need repairing. Additionally, in the kitchen area, two wooden planks require fixing. We do not want to replace the entire flooring — only the affected areas in both locations need to be repaired. I will share photos of the damaged flooring areas for your reference. The first two pics are for entrance and last pic is of kitchen ( 2 planks) needs fixing .

I need an old staircase, handrail and balustrade to be stripped of paint, taken back to original wood, sanded and refinished. If the original wood is in good shape, this will be finished and varnished. If not, it will be painted (colour to be supplied). There are FIVE floors of stairs, so not a quick job. See photos - the blue colour is what needs removing, taking back to original wood, sanded shaped and refinished. The blue risers also need stripping back and refinishing (likely white but paint will be supplied once an assessment of original wood can be completed). Chemical stripper only, no heat guns - this is likely to be lead paint and we are concerned about fire risk. Please only quote if you have experience doing this and carpentry skills to refinish wood, this is a listed building and requires era-appropriate solutions.
