A gel sticker for window has left a stain on my door

We have one kitchen floor board that has kicked up and has a small crack through persistent water damage (near the sink). We've tried using an iron to unwarp and put back into place but it feels too big to fit. Ideally we don't want to replace the whole floor, so would like to get it repaired or replaced but so it doesn't look out of place Vs the rest of the floor. No expert but believe it is engineered wood and roughly a slat of 78cm.
