I urgently need a gyprocker to patch a hole in the bathroom ceiling. A section was cut out around a ducted unit/exhaust box (see photo) and needs to be boarded up, sealed, and paint.

Sand all surfaces to a uniform level, remove dust, and prepare walls with sealer/undercoat ready for painting. Wall is double sided

Bathroom walls and ceiling lining

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.
