Bought two shelves made by Ikea from marketplace - need them fixed to a rendered brick wall in the kitchen. Also want 6 screws into brick outside so i can put up something.

Rendering patch up under neath balcony to prep for painting. Repair x 1 tile on edge of balcony.

I have two ikea floating shelves that i want put up in the kitchen but i have had issues before drilling into the walls so want someone who knows what they are doing. The walls are rendered over old bricks. You need the correct drill, drill-bit and supports for screws as well as spirit level to get the shelves straight. Please note i actually have done this myself once before on another wall but used incorrect drill bit which made the hole unnecessarily big and will require patching before moving out - hence figured I’d get someone with exp. this time - but I know it will take very little time if you have the correct drill/skill It’s a rental property… I also have 6 other individual small holes to drill outside into the bricks (so I can put up some outdoor pots on the wall.)

We have removed a wardrobe and the gyprock inside has not had top coat applied - needs to be smoothed out so that it’s continuous with the rest of the wall. Also, a sliding door track has been removed from the wall and needs to be sanded with some holes filled.

Gyprocking, plastering, sanding and painting of 3.2Mx 2.1M ceiling section and sanding and painting of 1m peeling strip in the bathroom. Removal of all rubbish and clean up

Small threshold patch / make-good job in Sydney. Area under sliding door has some loose/crumbling old render/mortar that needs to be cleaned back and patched neatly. It is mostly cosmetic and does not get wet. Looking for someone to tidy it up, patch with suitable mortar/render and leave a clean finish. Photos attached. Ideally someone local who can fit it in between jobs this week.

Mount Hisense 65" S7NAU Canvas 4K QLED Smart TV to dry wall, comes with the mounting bracket. I have the cables fed through the wall down to the bottom.

We need to replace gyprock and set angle in 3 small locations which was damaged when replacing doors. Only 2 of the patches need angles

We need to Gyprock the far wall and ceiling of our garage, as well ensure that the new plaster transitions with the render on the adjoining two walls. We would also like a manhole opening included in the ceiling. Looking for a quote for someone to complete this job soon, once our plumber has relocated some pipes into the ceiling cavity. Access to the house is easy and flat and parking is available in the driveway. Note: wardrobes are being installed after this task, so we will seek quote for cornice separately. Looking for an experienced handyman to install a baby gate securely into drywall, bottom of staircase. The gate needs to be properly mounted into the wall (not pressure-fit), so experience with plasterboard fixings is important. Set all joints with compound and tape, including internal corners, and install/set external corner beads. Apply second and third coats to joints, angles, and screw fixings, feathering out for a smooth finish. Sand all surfaces to a uniform level, remove dust, and prepare walls with sealer/undercoat ready for painting. Wall is double sided

Carry out gyprock & sand after water leak in two small areas. One needs an access hatch installed. Access hatch are 1000 x 1400 Cupboard 600 x 600 ish

Bathroom walls and ceiling lining

Our outdoor balustrade has had some rotting that has occurred in isolated areas - railing needs to be patched and glued / builders bog in a few spots. Painting not required.

I need someone experienced and detailed who can hang the following 2 x arch mirrors on bathroom tiles 1 x oversized round heavy mirror on gyprock 1 x lower an already hung mirror (gyprock)

The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.

Hole in a wall needs some plastering

We need help taping and setting gyprock in a small cupboard to get it ready for painting and install of doors. Budget is per hour.

Im not sure if this can be glued and replaced
