LIcenced Electrician to install two power points on two different walls in a work space in Surry HIlls

I’m looking for a professional to hang eight framed artworks in my apartment in Surry Hills. The walls are solid rendered concrete or masonry, so suitable power tools and masonry fixings will be required. The artworks vary in size, with the heaviest weighing approximately 3–4 kg. I’d like them carefully positioned, measured, levelled and securely installed, with minimal damage to the walls. I don’t have any tools or hardware, so please bring everything needed for the job, including appropriate hooks, screws, plugs and fixings. Ideally, I’d like the work completed by Friday, 24 July. Please only make an offer if you have experience hanging artwork on rendered concrete or masonry walls.

I took off wall art and unfortunately the painting has come off with it. Hoping to sort this out before I move out of the room.

Install new power point in an office space

Instal new power point on side of bench. There is already one on the other side so shouldn’t be too much work When I added pics all messages were deleted. Pls msg again

Remove adhesive and fix wall underneath. Looks like plasterboard, I have started the job and some of the wall has been damaged from the glue. I have paint for the walls once fixed to paint myself so can just be fixed with white. May need new gyprock sheet

There is a small chunk of plaster that has come out of the wall that we need to fix and repaint. Photos attached

I have a small wall at the front of the house that has a garden bed behind it. I would like to have it rendered flat so I can mount signage on it and it will look neat.

We removed a wall in our office, and have since moved back so need to make good and put the wall back. It is the wall between office 2 and 3 on this plan. No need to over engineer it, just done as simply and easily as possible.

Finish up this wall for a cleaner look with a plasterboard cover and white paint (lexicon half). The wall is ~240x150cm minus the washing machine hole.

4 hinged door melamine / laminex built in robe with mixture of hanging space, draws and open shelving.

* need bedroom built-in doors flipped around. Wrongly installed with handles inside rather than outside post painting * need window shutter put back onto window. Was not reinstalled by painter. May need to supply certain parts / hinges

There is a small area on the ceiling which needs a light patch-up and paint

Small dividing wall in office needs end finishing, plastering holes, sanding and paint to nice finish . All is 4 m x 3.5m and it’s both sides and the end needs tidying up, as the guy who built the wall didn’t finish job properly - see pics

Have a rebel home sauna and ice bath, both need to be disassembled as well as a bed. Assume hourly rate when booking, my assumption is that it takes 5 hours

Hi, I need someone to chip away all broken render and paint that wall + perpendicular wall in a cream white colour using exterior paint. I understand that after chipping away the render it’ll look patchy on the smaller wall, but that’s fine as it’ll be covered by plants. Exterior primer and paint to be supplied by you. Wall dimensions approximately; 4.51m x 3.5m and the other is 2.8m x 2.1m NEED DONE AND FINISHED ON MONDAY AT SURRY HILLS

New raked ceiling needs to be sheeted in 13mm gyprock, walls need to be sheeted in 16mm firecheck, and some small sections of sheeting to be done downstairs in aquacheck. Setting and sanding to be done on all gyprock. I will provide materials to be ready on site. I have scaffolding on site.
