Looking for someone to: - remove the gyprock partition and architrave as pictured (waste can be left on site) - patch the rear wall as required where the partition was, and sand ready for painting (do not need to paint) - patch the ceiling where the exhaust fan is and sand ready for painting (do not need to paint) - install new floor tiles where the partition was. I have 3 built-in IKEA wardrobes that I would like dismantled and removed, and then taken away/disposed of. Doors, drawers, shelves, dividers and frame would all need to be dismantled and removed. The wardrobes are fixed to the floor (timber) and walls. The largest one is 2400mm wide, with 2 large sliding mirrored doors. The other two are similar but smaller.

I’ve got a hole in the ceiling where a light fitting was removed and a couple of screws were removed. They need to be plastered over. It’s an old ceiling from the 1930s, if that makes a difference!
