Hello, We have an approximately 50cm x 50cm hole in the drywall that requires fixing. Completion of the job would include restoring the wall to its original condition. If possible, we would love to have this done prior to Monday.

The job is to fix/replace the switches of two power points and a flickering down light.

Looking for an experienced handyman, plasterer or remedial repair person to inspect and repair localised damage near a sliding door in a Townhouse in Marrickville. Issue: * Skirting/render area below and beside sliding door has deteriorated/blown out over time. * Likely due to moisture exposure around the sliding door area. * No active leaking, pooling water or major ingress noticed internally. * No soft flooring or widespread damage. Looking for someone who can: * Inspect the area and assess likely cause * Remove loose/damaged material * Check for moisture * Re-seal around sliding door/frame if required * Patch/rebuild render/plaster/skirting section * Sand, seal and paint for a neat finish Would prefer someone experienced with: * moisture-related repairs, * remedial patching, * skirting/render repairs, * sliding door sealing.

Bathroom walls and kitchen splash back have both recently been prepared for rendering. Bathroom walls have been taken back to brickwork requiring approximately 10-20cm of render.
