We had a ceiling fan installed, however, it was placed by the contractor in the wrong position so we have had the ceiling fan removed but now have a rough patch job on the ceiling that needs to be properly addressed per below: 1. Repair the damage caused. 2. Application of plaster, sanding, primer and paint to colour match. 3. Ensure that the entire floor and room are appropriately covered with drop sheets, and leave clean and tidy after the services.

Need an expert to assess if it's feasible, and also what kind of reinstallment is required beyond nails/screws for such a heavy TV. Then help us install it.

Repair to hole in wall and painted to match existing. I have the repair kit in my possession for you to use. What you need to provide are the items to paint to match existing (off white colour) of the wall I have the new door lock, however some of the door needs to be chiseled down in order for it to sit snug as the new lock doesn't fit 100% where the old one was removed. What you will need is your own tools for the chiseling down of the door (no more that 3mm) and whatever would be required to paint the repair of the wall to match. I have attached a picture of the gyprock repair kit which I will provide and a picture of the hole which requires repair.
