I need some plaster repaired. Approximately 500 X 420. There are 2 small holes and 1 area where the plaster is ripped.

I need help plastering and painting my hallway, primarily a square hole towards the top of the wall. I also need help caulking and fixing skirting boards in said hallway and small amounts in adjoining kitchen. I am building a plaster wall, I need the power point moved on the other side of the red line that I have marked up. Please advise if that would be cheaper or if better to just add another power point. Please quote for a complete job. This is in a factory with concrete walls. Minimal damage to concrete is required

Looking for someone to reattach this piece of plasterboard in our garage that has started dropping. There are also a couple of pieces of cornice to reattach. Part of an internal wall has been removed due to plumbing work and I need a plasterer to remove the remainder of the wall and replace the plasterboard on the whole wall. Wall size approx: 2950mmx230mm.
