I have a small outdoor repair job: A painted timber beam at the front of my outdoor area has pulled slightly away from the timber behind it (likely from wind). it is still solid — it just needs to be pulled back into place and re-screwed using new holes. The metal bracket holding up a retractable awning has also come loose. The bracket is fine — it just needs to be re-positioned and re-fixed into solid timber. This is not a rebuild or replacement. No materials needed — just tools and fixings. Should be a quick job for someone handy with a drill and ladder. Photos attached.

I will be removing 5x vents in the ceiling from the old ducted evap air con and need the holes to be patched. Approx. 30cm square. Standard ceiling height. Evap aircon should be installed 15/16 Jan so would need holes patched on same day. Will confirm date asap. Cheers.

I have some replacement balustrades that need painting, I’ve done a lot of the painting but I need the top and bottom painted in a green colour. I have the paint. There are approx 22metred to be painted on the bottom and top rail, the palings have been painted cream. Please only respond if you can do a good job and have a work history, I am not after a cheap quick job, this is detailed work that needs an eye for detail.

Supply and replace power point

I am building a plaster wall, I need the power point moved on the other side of the red line that I have marked up. Please advise if that would be cheaper or if better to just add another power point. Please quote for a complete job. This is in a factory with concrete walls. Minimal damage to concrete is required

Looking for someone to reattach this piece of plasterboard in our garage that has started dropping. There are also a couple of pieces of cornice to reattach. Doesn’t have to be a super perfect job as just in the garage. Just want to have it reattached and blending in to the rest. Please quote PER HOUR and how many hours it will likely take.

Part of an internal wall has been removed due to plumbing work and I need a plasterer to remove the remainder of the wall and replace the plasterboard on the whole wall. Wall size approx: 2950mmx230mm.

I need a small inspection cut made in my drywall/plasterboard to check for possible moisture/mould inside the wall cavity. Cut should be around 10–15cm square (enough to inspect behind the wall). Tasker will need to locate wall studs first to ensure the cavity section chosen is not on/near a stud. No need to patch/repair afterwards (just the cut and leave the off-cut piece).

There are several small holes and small dents i need repaired before I move out next week.

We need to terminate a powerpoint and remove it from the skirting board so we can move a wardrobe to cover the area
