The glass door on our AdobeFit Health Zen Ultimate Far Infrared Sauna (6 Person) is scraping against the bottom wooden panel when opening and closing, creating a loud noise. The bottom hinge is also becoming loose. The door appears to have been installed out of alignment, as the gap between the door and the wall is wider at the top than at the bottom. Looking for someone experienced with glass doors and sauna installations to: - Realign and level the glass door - Secure or repair the bottom hinge - Ensure smooth, quiet operation without scraping Please bring appropriate tools and have experience working with glass doors. Familiarity with sauna construction is a plus.

We need a concrete balustrade demolished and removed. Approx. 6m long and 0.9m high. We need a timber paling fence removed including posts and rails. Approx. 19m long.

We have a timber staircase off our verandah that we need to move its position so that it is not flush against our fence (see photo). It needs to be removed from its current position and replaced on the other side of the post marked "A". One complexity that I've identified is the hose outlets pictured in the 3rd picture that will need to be dealt with, either by repositioning them further along the verandah, or by extending the landing off the verandah so the taps can be reached under the extended landing. I'm not wedded to any solution to this so happy to discuss. The stainless steel cables will need to be shortened and reattached to the shorter balustrade section.
