Wall surface around the fitting has torn, so it likely needs patching / suitable wall anchor / secure refit. Looking for someone experienced with small plaster wall repairs and bathroom fittings. Needing to smooth concrete/render our garage floor lip. We have jackhammered old tiles and concrete from the space, and now wish to even out the surface with a topcoat of concrete/render, ensuring the fall/slope remains, but is smooth to walk on Can provide render/concrete or arrange specified product to complete.

Need drywall properly secured (glued and screwed) for bathroom walls and ceiling. Job is partially complete - looking for help to take to completion.

Bathroom will be relined - FC walls and Gyprock ceiling … 3.6 x 1.8 … only need a base coat on the walls for waterproofing and the ceiling properly set It has to be on that date because the sheeting is getting done directly before and the tiler starts on the first … possibly able to get in later on the 30th to start

Looking for an experienced plasterer / gyprocker to complete some finishing work in our recently renovated kitchen. Scope of work includes: 1. Install cornice along the top of the kitchen bulkhead (above wall cabinets). Approx 6.8 meters total length. 2. Patch two ceiling holes from a removed light and exhaust fan. 3. Set and sand joins so the ceiling is ready for primer and paint. Details: • Kitchen renovation recently completed. • Bulkhead above cabinets is MDF and runs along two walls. • Bulkhead will be primed/sealed before work begins • Ceiling has already had some patching done but needs finishing. • Cornice profile should match the existing cornice in the house. Location: Aspley, Brisbane Access: • House (easy access) • Work area cleared • Flexible with timing but would ideally like it done within the next week or two. Install skirting, finish part of a door frame, and plaster a small bathroom ceiling.

Remove and replace cracking render, over existing besser blocks. Approx 15 linear metres. Repaint, remove debris. Easy access for mixer to the job.

Plasterer wanted to finish wall and ceiling patching - previous person went MIA (I was paying each day and they didn't come back for final finishing coat!) Would prefer someone who is very experienced with plastering as have more work in the pipeline including some wall joints. Need small damaged areas pictured repaired. Also need bath re-sprayed/resurfaced with a glossy finish. Edge around bathtub needs to be re-siliconed also. One of the small damaged pics is a shallow chip that was just filled with a silicone.

Disconnect power point so tiling can be done

Required rendering of under Windows approx, 120mm wide and 16m in length. Along with a small area around stairs.

Need two light witches and fan switches redone into a wall. Two power points installed and two removed. Would be an hours work tops and items supplied.

Seeking electrician to replace about 8 dbl power points with supplied new dbl points with usb and install of 3 external power points. Review of board for support of separation of power to sheds.

We’ve just had old lights replaced with ceiling fans, so we will need to have holes patched and there are some cracking in the cornices as well we would like repaired ASAP ready for painting. Only showing a few pics of what needs to be repaired but it’s throughout our 2bed unit. Thank you

We have 2 large 1 metre square frames that need to be put up on a standard wall (no obstructions or height issues). The wall is a standard plasterboard. As the frames are going to sitting next to each other on the wall, it’s likely you won’t be able to drill into a stud, so need to factor that in to what screws etc you use. Note: you will need to supply the materials like screws etc to complete the job. The frames have glass in them so they are heavy because of their size. Needing this done in the afternoon on 24 December - can’t do other times.
