Looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair a small hole in the plasterboard beside a Daikin air-conditioning wall controller. The technician left the wall damaged following repairs. There is an obstruction behind the opening, so the patching method will need to accommodate this. Scope includes patching, filling, sanding and achieving a smooth finish, preferably with paint touch-up to match the existing wall. Photos attached. Measurements and layout Main wall * Total length: approximately 3,300 mm. * First section example : approximately 1,200 mm high required * This section requires 7 standard blocks H x and 3 blocks L. * Remaining sections to follow a stepped design. Top layer * Approximately 12–14 breeze blocks along the top. This is 2 sections. The main section with the new heightened wall (3330mm) + 2nd shorter side (1720mm). Hi Existing metal balustrade on front verandah needs a repaint. Have scratched most of the rust away where it was flaking and just needs some fresh paint. 2 coats, paint supplied as I’ve already bought it.
