Need new glass balustrade The deck is approx 1.5 over ground level. Is pool height fence still required?

Looking to get a couple of steps repaired or replaced that have some rotten wood (as per images). Also need 2-3 balustrades replaced that have some rotten wood at the bottom (will need to be bogged, sanded and tidied up (I can paint if needs be). Also want to get 2x decorative pieces replaced at the bottom of two posts as per the photos.

Need the balustrades and stair handrail replaced and rebuilt.

I need a balustrade to be available to see me tomorrow or Friday to check the job at hand it. it has Timber, glass and aluminum. please let me know when you can come to see please

Carpenter required to finish off some decking and install some wire balustrade and handrails.

Needing wire balustrade and hardwood handrails installed. Bays between posts around 20m in length. Some small decking tasks to finish off deck also available, which includes some decking boards to lay, cladding to fix and deck facing. Please see photos. Happy to do material plus labour or chat about other options that work.

Quantity: (4) Balconies Six (6) balustrade base plates per balcony (Total: 24 units) Description: • Mechanically remove residual post components from previously removed steel balustrades. Taking care to not damage balcony tiles. Exclusion zones required beneath where grinding is taking place (bollards & safety tape) • Each base plate is embedded within the masonry slab edge. • Cut and grind remaining steel flush with slab surface to facilitate mortar reinstatement. (Base plate can remain) • Prepare all areas for subsequent surface repair. Access: All-terrain scissor lift available onsite for elevated works. (Must have license)

Description: Need a skilled carpenter/builder to: • Remove old stairs, decking & balustrade • Fix cracked/loose treads, rotten posts & joists • Install new steel post & level sagging beam • Ensure railings meet Australian standards Please include experience, quote & earliest inspection date.

Replace bottom rail of both balustrades and install new slats ton half of each balustrade (may be able to get away with less). Painting will be done by others. Materials to be supplied and installed by Airtasker, including removal of removed materials.

Wanting to put stainless wire balustrade with timber post and handrail on my back balcony. Of course it’s best to see in person so my amount is a guide.

Need to re-attach landing balustrades. I have all the balustrades. Just don’t have the tools (ie nail gun etc.)

Our next door mower man accidently cut through our steel balustrade fence. Need two wires replaced.

Need approx 25 lineal metres of timber balustrade sanding ready for oiling (we will oil ourselves) It’s 42x42mm spotted gum battens so a bit fiddly and on first floor so ladder set up required too and own sander.

Remove existing timber and lattice and replace with aluminium

The first photo shows my current dated balustrade I’m keen to have it replaced with a vertical stringer style similar to the second photo (in black timber), I’d also like a matching handrail along the wall.
