Single story home gutters need a good clean (likely haven’t been done for ages) Please flush with water and let me know generally how they’re looking. A couple of sections have rusted through if you’re able to apply sealant but no stress if not. Also need three holes dug in the front yard for small trees. Looking for a reliable handyman to help with tasks at my home. Patio Roof Sheet Repair: A polycarbonate roof sheet has detached because the screw holes are enlarged (screws remain in the timber frame). Needs to be properly re-secured with new or larger roofing screws/washers—ladder required. Reinstate Fallen Fence Section (~5m): A corrugated metal fence panel has fallen but is still attached at the ground. Needs to be lifted and reattached/stabilized (may need to reinforce posts or replace fixings). Wall Mount Panel Heater: Mount an Arlec glass panel heater to an internal wall using the supplied screws and brackets (just bring a drill). Bring all necessary tools and a ladder. Ensure all repairs/installations are safe and sturdy. Flexible timing and like to get roof dose asap. Preferably complete all in one visit. All photos provided.

There are water patches on the garage ceiling plasterboard that develop under heavy rain. They are approximately in line with the flashing on the roof over the garage where the roof meets the second storey brickwork. There is possibly a second leak towards the gutter on the boundary side. The roof is lined with flat concrete roof tiles. Refer to the photos attached. Please quote for the following: 1. Investigate the leaks and identify areas that require repairing. 2. Assess any damage to the ceiling plasterboard and frame caused by the leak. 3. Apply a permanent repair that is compliant with the Building Code of Australia.

Jacob arrived on time and was able to find the roof leak and repair it within a matter of minutes. He is an expert in what he does and I would gladly recommend him for any roof leak repair job.
