Clean the gutters of my house. Approx 4 m roof height

When it rains our deck gets wet because the gutters and the roof above the deck is filled with leaves and hasn’t been cleared out. Shouldn’t take too long just need someone with a ladder to clean it up

Skylight is slightly detached from top of roof on two storey townhouse, leading to small roof leak. Need to reattach by adding rivets to properly attach the skylight again. It will require BYO 5m+ ladder to access the roof and also rivets and a rivet gun.

High gutters need checking and cleaning out. They’re about 6-7m off the ground so you’ll need appropriate ladder set up. There’s two gutters that need doing. One on the back of the house, pictured and one other just as high.

Weekend thunderstorm led to leaky roof - will require a plasterer, roofer to come inspect, quote and repair ASAP please.

Requirements: • Experience with roof maintenance and repairs, specifically re-bedding ridge and hip tiles, is essential. • Ability to supply tools and materials preferred. • High attention to detail and a professional finish is expected.
