Gutter cleaning for a one level two bedroom unit

Please ignore the $10, it will be more than that but not sure how much. I need a roof top tent fitted. I have put it on top and secured it enough to drive around but it is not secured enough for off road, need some one to either re do it or finish it up for me. I am looking for a qualified Roof Plumber or Waterproofing specialist to fix a leaking concrete porch roof at my property in Reservoir. The Problem: The concrete slab above my porch is flat and holding water (pooling). The water is permeating through the concrete, causing efflorescence/mould on the brickwork below. The current drainage (a small scupper pipe) is insufficient and dumps water onto the ground/foundations. The Goal: I require a long-term fix that corrects the drainage slope and connects the outlet properly to the existing stormwater system. Scope of Work: 1. Preparation: Clean and prep the concrete surface (remove built-up moss/soil/loose debris). 2. Screeding: Supply and apply a sand/cement screed to create a proper fall (slope) towards the outlet so water no longer pools. 3. Waterproofing: Apply a high-quality, UV-stable waterproofing membrane (2+ coats) with proper bond-breaker fillets in the corners. 4. Plumbing Connection: Upgrade the existing small outlet. This likely involves drilling a larger hole and plumbing a new PVC pipe directly into the adjacent house stormwater downpipe (located approx 50cm away). 5. Flashing: Supply and install metal flashing to bridge the gap between the main tiled roof and the concrete porch to protect the timber fascia from splashback. Extra info: • Photos attached showing the concrete condition, the gap near the fascia, and the proximity of the stormwater downpipe. A valley needs to be relaced

There is some leakage in the roof . Some of the tiles are broken need to replace them and repoint and rebudding

I have a leaking roof in one bedroom, likely cracked tiles, seems to be pretty minor. Would like this repaired. In a separate bedroom, the split cycle Daikin air conditioning unit has stopped powering on. I've checked the circuit breakers, and the other split cycles still work. Would like someone who can diagnose, and hopefully repair. Would like quotes from someone who can handle both tasks, I am budgeting about $150 for the roof repair if simple, and $75 to diagnose the issue with the aircon or apply simple fix. I need someone to repair a small metal garden shed in Mill Park. The door has never lined up properly since I bought the house. It won’t stay shut unless I brace it with a piece of timber. I need someone to realign the door so it closes properly, or reinstall or replace the door panel if needed. The frame may need a quick adjustment so everything sits square. I would also like a lockable tbar handle or similar installed. There is also a small roof leak coming from the seam where two roof sheets overlap. Likely needs the overlap lifted, cleaned, resealed with exterior roof silicone and a couple of screws tightened or replaced. Final job is just to check over the shed, tighten any loose panels and make sure everything is secure, sealed and working as it should. Photos attached. Need gutters cleared, must bring own ladder. Single storey but the back of the house is only accessible from 5m below. No gutter guards and a tiled roof.

Hi, We have a ducted evaporative AC unit on the roof, and it has been constantly leaking water from the roof even after the AC is off. To stop this leak temporarily, we have turned the valve "off" on the roof, which is attached to the AC, and it has stopped leaking. It's a Breezair unit and it's a single story house. We need someone to fix the AC. Thanks

There are 2 broken tiles on my roof causing leaks and requiring change.

Need to clean gutter today or max tomorrow, full of mud. Only one side of the house. 18 meters long. One side is 2 meter high the other side 6meters height. Need to clean and put hose to make sure it's clean.

The roof gutters need to be fixed so that the water falls directly into the water path that is designed. Tiles may not need to be changed but double checked so that there’s no water leakages
