Job is to prep (sand) and paint the roof suffit and fascia of front of house (the white part between the gutters and brick). We will provide paints, ladder, sanders etc. Just require you to show up and complete. The area is approximately 25m length and at its highest point approximately 4m.

I have a leaking roof in one bedroom, likely cracked tiles, seems to be pretty minor. Would like this repaired. In a separate bedroom, the split cycle Daikin air conditioning unit has stopped powering on. I've checked the circuit breakers, and the other split cycles still work. Would like someone who can diagnose, and hopefully repair. I need someone to repair a small metal garden shed in Mill Park. The door has never lined up properly since I bought the house. It won’t stay shut unless I brace it with a piece of timber. I need someone to realign the door so it closes properly, or reinstall or replace the door panel if needed. The frame may need a quick adjustment so everything sits square. I would also like a lockable tbar handle or similar installed. There is also a small roof leak coming from the seam where two roof sheets overlap. Likely needs the overlap lifted, cleaned, resealed with exterior roof silicone and a couple of screws tightened or replaced. Final job is just to check over the shed, tighten any loose panels and make sure everything is secure, sealed and working as it should. Photos attached. Looking for someone with experience in shed repairs or general metalwork. Flexible with timing.

Hi, We have a ducted evaporative AC unit on the roof, and it has been constantly leaking water from the roof even after the AC is off. To stop this leak temporarily, we have turned the valve "off" on the roof, which is attached to the AC, and it has stopped leaking. It's a Breezair unit and it's a single story house. There are 2 broken tiles on my roof causing leaks and requiring change.

The roof gutters need to be fixed so that the water falls directly into the water path that is designed. Tiles may not need to be changed but double checked so that there’s no water leakages
