Need to have someone clean the gutters around a single storey house.

We have a small (135m2) single storey 3 bedroom house that requires 60m of gutters to be cleaned. They're not excessively filled with rubbish. A hose with be available as well. Part of the house is a little higher than 1 storey due to a sloping block, but not more than 1.4 storeys! There's also some bricks underneath the house that we'd like removed. I'd be surprised if it would take longer than 4 hours and I'm happy to pay more if it does.

Hi, I have at least one piece of metal guttering and a missing downpipe that needs repair/ replacing, some gutters that need cleaning and some advice about how to fix some parts of the roof/ gutter where the tiles are almost or actually touching the gutter, causing overflow of water. I would like the gutters around our house cleaned. Single story but due to sloping block the height of the gutters at the rear of the house is significantly higher than regular single story house. Need help for fixing the roof leaking. It is a single storey dwelling, pitched roof. Two areas are in the dining room, I reckon it is due to the damaged roof tiles, another leakage happens around the skylight within kitchen, might be a skylight sealing problem? Also if possible, please check the whole roof area as well. Not very urgent but still hope it could be done soonest. Fully vaccinated is preferred, but it is not a must. For some reason, the plumber assigned is unable to complete this job, so I re-post this job.
