Currently, there is one stormwater drain in the backyard, located approximately 1 metre from the property. Since concrete has been laid up to around 2.3 metres from the property, we are looking to add another stormwater drain near the edge of the concrete, connected to the existing stormwater pipe located about 1 metre from the property. From existing drain water inlet, it has to be 1.1 metre away towards fence. Tasks involved - Cut the existing concrete to a depth of 1.1 metres to install the drain water pipe. - Provide plumbing for the storm water drain, connecting it to the existing system. - Refill with concrete to cover the work area.

Shower tap needs to replace and bath tub tap needs to fix. I do not know which one and from where to get. I have attached the tap model number which got installed by builder Metricon.

Hi, outlet valve/ pump damaged in toilet cistern. Need replacement. Couldn’t find the spare part in Bunnings. Toilet is Posh brand. Still need to check plumbing store. Happy if someone can supply the part.

Need to replace the leaking valve. Only the red one in the picture. I can arrange the new valve just need description or happy to pay for the valve. Need certificate for the job as well.
