Breville Express coffee machine doesn't have water coming through after I accidentally ran a single cup with an empty water tank. Now when I tried to run it, it sounds like trying hard to pump the water through and when there is no water in the heating unit. It gets hot easily. I paused and think of getting some help here.

A copper pipe leading out of my hot water service has developed a pinhole leak. The pipe will need replacing. The other pipes on the water service seem to be in fairly good condition, however, I'm open to people's suggestions as to whether they may need replacing before they fail as well.
