I need a plumber. 1. Need to fix tape just need to change it. 2. need to fix 1 joint leakage. 3. Joint leakage needs to change 4. Sink needs to check it: water stuck in sometimes.

I bought a tap from Bunnings and realised I don't have the tools to install it. Please refer to the photos to check the tap and the one that needs to be replaced.
