Missing a part to connect the washing machine to the sink? So a plumber with extra parts would be perfect…think I’m needed an extra part to connect the tube to the sink and boiler?

We have taken over a shop which was previously an Asian restaurant. Grease has hardened in the drain and is causing blockages. The grease trap has been removed. The drain is currently cleared, but does need to be cleaned out properly with a HOT water jet and cleaned first caustic soda. A final camera inspection and report to be carried out. To either be carried out before we open(8.30am) or when we close(5pm)

Have a blocked kitchen sink. Previously put banana skin and mango skins down the insinkerator. Insinkerator works but pipes seems blocked. Pls advise when tomorrow you can attend to property at Rose Bay.
