Blocked toilet so need a plumber

I have installed a washing machine but the hose does not connect to the one under the sink. It will need a little adapter on the inside, glued to let the machine work.

I need an existing shower head replaced. I have new shower head and Teflon tape.

Four tasks for an experienced plumber to fix. They are: First: my apartment has a kitchen, laundry, an ensuite main bathroom. The hot water is extremely hot in all of these except the ensuite where it’s barely warm and needs adjusting to a hotter level. There is a device in the laundry that may be the key to the problem (see image 1: Laundry valve - UR-049028). Otherwise, investigate and advise and ideally solve the problem! Second: replace the old and very poor-quality gas stove with a new gas cooktop. The stone benchtop may need to be ‘trimmed’ to fit a replacement cooktop in the existing space. There’s plenty of room underneath the stove, the key is selecting the right replacement cooktop and, if necessary, trimming the stone to fit. The current gas stove measures 595mm wide by 515mm deep. This needs a plumber who has taken on this type of work before and succeeded in installing a new stove that works well and where the finish looks professional. I am prepared to cover all costs and I will purchase the new stove once it’s been specified and supplied. Other images taken of the existing underside of the cooktop are included and more can be supplied. Third: There is a corroded tap and a corroded gas outlet on the covered balcony. The task is to supply and fit new models and optionally, repair the wall around these two ‘taps’. Others will paint after the installation. Fourth: advise on better taps to be supplied and installed for the ensuite and bathroom. An attractive bonus as well as your hourly rates or a fixed fee to be agreed for solving most if not all of these problems efficiently and professionally. Just disconnect a hair salon basin and remove the pipes. It's a home salon set up should be simple it's just connected under the sink pipes.

Missing a part to connect the washing machine to the sink? So a plumber with extra parts would be perfect…think I’m needed an extra part to connect the tube to the sink and boiler?

We have taken over a shop which was previously an Asian restaurant. Grease has hardened in the drain and is causing blockages. The grease trap has been removed. The drain is currently cleared, but does need to be cleaned out properly with a HOT water jet and cleaned first caustic soda. A final camera inspection and report to be carried out. To either be carried out before we open(8.30am) or when we close(5pm)

My shower is leaking / dripping when the handles are closed tight. I believe the washers may need changing.

Need pipes under sink moved which are presently in the middle of the cupboard to install mechanical box of zip tap. Also need hole drilled in marble next to sink for the zip tap
