Find an experienced plumber in Paddington QLD

Looking for someone experienced with plumbing to remove and dispose of an old dishwasher and install a new one. We attempted to have this done today, however the installer from appliances online advised that a plumber or experienced tradesperson is required, as there are loose pipes that aren’t attached to the wall and as such he wasn’t permitted to fuss around with them. He also wasn’t allowed to turn the water mains off to help facilitate this process. The new dishwasher is already onsite and ready to be installed. I’m after someone who can: * Safely disconnect and remove the old dishwasher * Dispose of the old unit * Properly connect the plumbing * Install the new dishwasher professionally Ideally looking to have this completed today as I’m working from home.

Hello. This is what needs to be done: - Uninstall existing washing machine and dryer, involving the removal of metal clips on pipes (see attached). Removalist could not do it by hand or with standard pliers, so need some kind of proper tool. - Remove machine and dryer from existing location and place in car port for collection. It’s a short distance (out the door in the pictures) but does need to go down two steps, so a trolley will be required. - Move new machine and dryer in from carport, up two stairs and into location in laundry. Will require trolley to move. - install new machines and dryer as per previous, with metal clips to pipe etc. We need this done tonight (Weds 11/10) if possible, otherwise tomorrow (Thursday). I have a new fridge that requires plumbing for the water dispenser. I need pipes run from the nearby water supply. The distance between the sink pipe connection under the sink in the photo and the back of the cavity where the fridge will go is 2.1m. the photos underneath the house show the access to the sink pipes. They need to be run a few metres over the gate in the photo to get to the back of the fridge.

The toilet cistern takes a long time to fill. I need the blockage cleared.

Fix/replace fisher paykel water filter manifold for intake of water for fridge water dispenser and ice. New filter obtained but seal might be broken in the manifold because leaking water everywhere

I have purchased a pre-existing kitchen, around a year old. Old kitchen will be removed and plumber and electrician organised. Would involved installing the flatpack kitchen.

The outlet from the fuel tank has broken directly where the hole in the tank is I require replacement

Change 2 ABI interior taps in bathroom (i.e just remove old tap and attach new) and tighten one toilet role holder

I own a 2002 Toyota Hiace which has been campervan converted. It has a SeaFlo water pump under the sink which hasn’t has any issues in 5 years of instalment (previous owners, I only recently purchased). It started making a loud noise the other day and I haven’t been able to get it to stop. People have suggested it might be an airlock, air in the pipes but I am not confident enough with mechanics to try any of their varied suggestions. The tap still runs fine and there is water in the tank but the noise and rattling continues after turning the tap off. Hoping someone can come have a look and give it a go. Might be a really easy job, hoping to avoid unscrewing anything serious. Located in Paddington Brisbane.

A new Hisense washing machine was installed and there is a leak from the hose where it is connected to the tap. A lot of plumbers tape has been used, and it has been tightened, however it is still leaking.

Install new InSinkerator 46. You do not need to supply the product, only fit. The old one has died and so this is a replacement fitting into the same space. Old one needs to be removed and thrown away.

Shower riser rail has fallen off and will need re-atraching securely.

Bathroom is 7yrs old and I need to replace the following items. Replace the basin pop-up mechanism in the drain for new, as it no longer functions. Replace bath tap (swivel tap required). Current one is functional but it’s lost it’s chrome finish, is tarnished. Replace shower head (rain & hand held combo). Current one is affected by lime scale or mineral build up/flow is not as good as once was). Tap mixer replace for new/advise. The mixer mechanism bath to shower is sticking. Not functioning well. Help requested to assist with, fitting a new one. I have not yet purchased items to replace as I’m not sure what fits. Happy to be guided by you.

Need a drain camera to find storm water connection point using current downpipe, easy access easy job. Will take 1 hour max.

Replace existing laundry vanity (first 4 photos) with new bathroom vanity (last photo). Keep current plumbing, if possible.
